Are these MCP servers or plugins?
Zvolv Analytics is an MCP connector. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard Claude uses to connect to business systems, so you add it to Claude like any other connector. Zvibe Builder is a Claude plugin: a set of specialist AI agents and skills that build on Zvolv through Zvolv’s MCP connector.
Do we have to use these connectors?
No. They are optional. Zvolv works exactly as it does today, with or without them. Turn them on for the teams that want a faster way to work, and stop using them at any time.
Does this replace our Zvolv dashboards?
No. Your Zvolv dashboards stay the place to run day-to-day operations. Zvolv Analytics adds detailed analysis and reports on demand, for the questions your dashboards don’t cover.
Do I need technical skills to use these?
No. You ask questions and describe what you need in everyday language. Claude does the rest.
Can the Analytics connector change my data?
No. It only reads your data to answer questions. It cannot create, change or delete anything.
Will people see data they shouldn’t?
No. Each person signs in as themselves, and the permissions you already set in Zvolv decide what they can see.
Can the Builder change an app we already use?
Yes. You can ask it to add fields, steps, automations or dashboards to an existing app you have access to.
