Here is Zvolv’s year in review and predictions for 2021 – Zvolv helping it customers to make an informed decision while choosing your technology partner.

Zvolv – looking back at 2020

No-code and low-code platforms come of age – traditional application development takes a back-seat

– Zvolv’s unique combination of no-code business process management + low-code intelligent BOT automation has delivered solutions for several industry leaders for transformative solutions

Travel truly has been redundant – deals can be closed and solutions deployed remotely

– Zvolv’s DIY capabilities and simplified positioning has enabled delivering several mission-critical applications to industry leading customers – all with inside sales, remote deployments, online training.

Speed is of the essence – deploying solutions in days or weeks rather than months is the need of the hour

– Zvolv based applications get launched in days, often 10x faster and cheaper compared to leading iBPMS suites like ServiceNow or Pega or Appian. On average, POCs have been delivered in under 2 days, and full deployments in under 2 weeks this year.

The scope for intelligent automation keeps growing

– Zvolv applications integrating Intelligent Automation Bots have delivered over 150x ROI, in less than 3 months time for several use cases:

– 15% reduction in variable staffing for a top

-5 chain of supermarkets with intelligent optimisation, rostering and tracking solutions

– 50% reduction in merchandise planning time and cost for a fast growing unicorn retailer

– 60% faster Mind-to-Market cycle times for a leading fashion chain

In 2020,
– Average deployment times for POCs went from 2 weeks to 2 days

– Over 250 Intelligent automation bots in live deployment

– Zvolv applications deployed across 6 different industry verticals

– 400+ average number of users per Zvolv application

– 3+ average number of integrations with other tools per Zvolv application

Zvolv’s top Automation Technology Predictions for 2021

1. A new industry buzzword will be coined – Super-Hyper-Automation.

Don’t know how it will be fundamentally different from hyper-automation or intelligent-automation  or robotic-process-automation or digital-process-automation or cognitive-automation or plain old business-process-automation  But given the trend of a new automation buzzword getting coined every year, this year should be no different.

2. No more apps

Enterprise mobile applications, web portals and desktop applications will be passé. Automation will happen seamlessly behind the scenes and users will continue interacting with the collaboration tools (messaging, emails) they already use. Intelligent automation bots of all kinds – chat bots, integration bots, communication bots, analytics bots, document bots – will work collaboratively to keep processes moving along in the background.

3. Conversational Automation

No-code application builders will evolve from visual development tools to conversational tools. Business users will describe their automation needs and AI will understand the intent and translate it into automation code. You ask why? Well, there is no limit to our need for abstraction (aka laziness). Jokes aside, there are many practical applications of getting automation functionality built on the go, with minimal user effort.

4. Dynamic process mapping

Complex enterprise processes will get automated with distributed process mapping and data flow design. Users of tools will edit and custom fit applications at each step of the way, and AI will ensure unification and automation of any repetitive activity. Application architectures will evolve with collaborative inputs from varied users and no process would ever run the risk of becoming stale.
